Andy Leck
Andy is an experienced CFO who prides himself on bringing order to chaos and balancing the big picture with the detail when it comes to financial management. Andy spent 25+ years in finance leadership roles for large-scale corporations such as Hays Logistics, Kantar, WPP and Dentsu, before joining Flight Story and subsequently Flight Group as Steven Bartlett’s CFO. Andy has experience creating new financial operating models, implementing new finance systems, developing reporting capabilities and preparing businesses for investment. Andy will support FIGR with financial due diligence ahead of making investments and support portfolio businesses with financial management and strategic finance projects.
In his spare time, Andy’s interests include all things automotive (especially time on track or long road trips), following Newcastle United, and a glass of Rioja — all best enjoyed with family and friends. He is also involved in establishing the Banquet Foundation, a charitable initiative focused on tackling food insecurity.
