Anna Stejskal
Anna leads on business operations to ensure the smooth running of FIGR Ventures and the Harrington Foundation, a charitable foundation funded by the same family office. She manages back-office administration, cultivates strong relationships with stakeholders and provides strategic support to Fiona, the Managing Director.
Before joining FIGR, Anna spent three years enhancing operational efficiency at Elmington, a real estate investment and development firm in Nashville, Tennessee. Prior to her transition into operations, Anna dedicated four years to teaching sciences and social studies in primary and secondary schools. This experience ignited her passion for driving social change. Anna holds a BS from Auburn University and an MA from the University of Alabama, both in Education.
Outside of work, Anna enjoys exploring antique markets, diving into historical fiction and discovering London’s newest restaurants.
